Product Description

Tank:

There are 2 manholes for each compartment. Tank body metal steel manufactured of 4 mm ST*7 steel.

At the top of the tank there is a overflowed pool.

- There is a walking platform mounted onto the tank.

- To access to top of the tank there is a ladder placed at the backside of the tank.

- Air manometer for inside pressure.

- Inside hose system for discharge.



Chassis:

Monoblock chassis, chassis is produced with 5 mm ST *2 A1 quality sheet and **0x*2 I beam steel by gas applied welding method.



Axle:

Axles are Turkish brand axles each have 9 ton loading capacity. Suspensions are air suspension system.



Tires:

Tires are **5 *5 R *2, 5; 6 + 1 Unit *1, ****2,5 rims.



Brake System:

Designed according into the european standards Wabco products are used on equipped with automatic brake adjustment brake chambers (*0 cylinder) Brake linings (**0x**0 mm) axle brakes EBS system.There are two pieces of replecable protective brake sockets.



Landing Leg:

*4 Ton loading capacity landing leg. Double speed, telescopic landing leg.



King-Pin:

2 King pin in accordance to DIN Standard.



Electric System:

Electric system is *4 volt with E certificate. Electrical Equipment / Lighting Electrical Socket complying with the European Community *6/**6 EWG regulations, in conformity with ISO ****8, having *5 poles or 2x7 poles connected to the vehicles front air panel. (Excluding the connection cable) At the rear side, plate lighting, multi sectioned stop lights with triangular reflectors

Paint:

Trailer clean before painting and repair with paste for smooth face. Then prime paint and double last paint regarding customer request in Paint Oven.

-Spare wheel carrier with winch for 1 spare wheel.
